Your degree of health & wellness makes a big difference.  We often are aware of what needs to change. All that may be required is a gentle nudge and somebody to hold us accountable.  A Health Coach facilitates the process of  tuning into the bodies inner wisdom & provides that accountability.  During significant life events including getting older, the need for balance and self-care become more prominent.  By making this a priority, and with support, you can  eliminate unhealthy habits and substitute with life enhancing ones. This results in increased motivation, energy, and ability to make it stick. As a bonus, you are better able to give and care for others.

Meet Your Health Coach

Becoming a Health Coach has been a  dream-come-true and allowed me to share my passion with others. My husband tells me I've been a certifiable health nut all my life! The  benefits of living a  healthy lifestyle; for me focused on nutrition, self-care, yoga, & meditation, have been life changing. Having a part cheerleader/part tough love coach to provide support & accountability are the key to making it last! 


Having self-care as a priority has allowed me to stay young at heart. (My 2 year old granddaughter helps in the motivation dept.!) I've still had health challenges: chronic low back pain & sciatica, but I've learned some tricks to manage and share with you.  For a long time, my diet has been plant-based, and more recently, gluten-free. Whatever your way of eating and wherever you're at, we'll take a holistic approach to improving your health one small step at a time.


Besides training to become a health coach, I have a Masters degree in Psychology and coach & train managers in leadership practices. I'm also a 200 Hour RYT yoga instructor. I look forward to working with  you  & providing  the tools & inspiration for your success.

Health & Wellness Coaching focuses on much more than food and weight loss. We'll address  energy, cravings, balancing blood sugar, stress, movement, and explore your health in the context of relationships, career, finances, and your busy life. Will look at how you maintain boundaries, set realistic expectations, self-sabotage, or tell yourself stories about your health, your body and what you deserve.

What is a Health & Wellness Coach?

A Health & Wellness Coach is a Master of Habit Change. My role is to gently but firmly guide you toward the highest version of yourself. With both support & stretch, we'll prioritize your self-care and be curious (not judgmental) about your health practices & habits.  By taking one small step at a time, you'll begin to create a well lived life; the life you desire.
